How to Measure Your Clothing Size - as part of the Women's Style series by GeoBeats.<br /> <br />Sometimes you don't have the luxury of going to the shop, so perhaps you are shopping online or perhaps you are ordering from a catalog, and you need to have some sort of an idea of your measurements. The best way to have your measurements taken is to having it taken professionally. However that may not be realistic for you. So I am going to show you how to take them really quickly.<br /><br />The best way to take your measurements is to have a friend help you and you want to take your full bust, and that is the widest part of your bust, and make sure that tape is always level as you are having your measurements taken. <br /><br />The other critical measurement is going to be your natural waist which is either the smallest part of your waist or if you were to tie a string around your waist and kind of move around like this. Where the string naturally settles, is your natural waist. Again keep the measurement, measuring tape level.<br /><br />And last measurement that is pretty critical is your full hip, and I usually take it in a few different places and take whatever is the largest measurement. Again keeping the tape level and your feet pretty close together. That is how you are going to use measurements.<br /><br />And then when you are buying a dress or a top or a skirt, I would buy the dress that is the larger of the sizes and if you need to get it altered down for a smaller waist perhaps then you can do that. But always air on the larger size because you don't want something that is little bit too snug in ones spot, or it's just not going to lay right.

For the first one, I always tell people, "Do not throw all your necklaces all in a jumble in your jewelry box." You should always keep them separated. For example, like this in a plastic pouch with one end of it hanging out. This prevents all the necklaces from becoming one big jumbled mess. It is key to separate them this way. And the second question is: How do I keep my silver jewelry clean? And I actually do not recommend buying creams or chemical dips. The best thing to do for your jewelry, and actually safest and fastest, is something that you have in your kitchen. All you need is baking soda. So, when you take all your tarnished silver jewelry, you just have to place it in an aluminum tin. Or even just some kind of container that has aluminum foil. You put your silver jewelry inside, you sprinkle a couple tablespoons of the baking soda and then you have to pour boiling hot water over the silver. And that literally lifts the tarnish right off. Instructions<br />1. Prepare the Dough (24 hours in advance):<br /><br />In a large mixing bowl, add 350ml of the cold water and dissolve the yeast.<br />Gradually add the flour, mixing until a shaggy dough forms.<br />Add the salt and mix for a few more minutes.<br />Slowly pour in the remaining water while continuing to mix, making sure the dough stays hydrated.<br />Add the olive oil and knead until it’s fully absorbed.<br />The dough should be sticky and stretchy. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for 20 minutes.<br />After resting, stretch and fold the dough (pull one side of the dough up and fold it over itself), repeating this 3-4 times.<br />Transfer the dough to a lightly oiled container, cover, and refrigerate for 18-24 hours.<br />2. Preheat and Prepare the Oven:<br /><br />Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C) or the highest temperature it can reach. Place a pizza stone or an upside-down baking sheet inside to heat up, if you have one.<br />3. Shape the Dough:<br /><br />Remove the dough from the fridge and let it rest at room temperature for about an hour.<br />Flour a work surface and gently transfer the dough onto it.<br />Stretch the dough into a rectangular shape to fit a large, oiled baking sheet or pan.<br />Avoid pressing too hard to keep the air bubbles intact.<br />4. Add the Sauce:<br /><br />Spread a thin layer of the tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.<br />5. Bake the Pizza:<br /><br />Place the pan on the heated pizza stone or directly in the oven. Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the crust starts to turn golden and crisp.<br />6. Add Cheese and Other Toppings:<br /><br />Remove the pizza, add cheese and any desired toppings, then return it to the oven for an additional 5-8 minutes, until the cheese melts and starts to bubble.<br />7. Finish and Serve:<br /><br />Once baked, let the pizza cool for a minute, then slice it into squares. The best way to have your measurements taken is to having it taken professionally. However that may not be realistic for you. So I am going to show you how to take them really quickly.<br /><br />The best way to take your measurements is to have a friend help you and you want to take your full bust, and that is the widest part of your bust, and make sure that tape is always level as you are having your measurements taken. <br /><br />The other critical measurement is going to be your natural waist which is either the smallest part of your waist or if you were to tie a string around your waist and kind of move around like this. Where the string naturally settles, is your natural waist. Again keep the measurement, measuring tape level.<br /><br />And last measurement that is pretty critical is your full hip, and I usually take it in a few different places and take whatever is the largest measurement. Again keeping the tape level and your feet pretty close together. That is how you are going to use measurements.<br /><br />And then when you are buying a dress or a top or a skirt, I would buy the dress that is the larger of the sizes and if you need to get it altered down for a smaller waist perhaps then you can do that. But always air on the larger size because you don't want something that is little bit too snug in ones spot, or it's just not going to lay right.

They always ask me how they maintain their necklaces from getting tangled and also how to clean their silver jewelry. For the first one, I always tell people, "Do not throw all your necklaces all in a jumble in your jewelry box." You should always keep them separated. For example, like this in a plastic pouch with one end of it hanging out. This prevents all the necklaces from becoming one big jumbled mess. It is key to separate them this way. And the second question is: How do I keep my silver jewelry clean? And I actually do not recommend buying creams or chemical dips. The best thing to do for your jewelry, and actually safest and fastest, is something that you have in your kitchen. All you need is baking soda. So, when you take all your tarnished silver jewelry, you just have to place it in an aluminum tin. Or even just some kind of container that has aluminum foil. You put your silver jewelry inside, you sprinkle a couple tablespoons of the baking soda and then you have to pour boiling hot water over the silver. And that literally lifts the tarnish right off. You just rinse off with clean water and you are done.

<br>Pinakbet or pakbet is a popular Ilokano dish, from the northern regions of the Philippines, although it has become popular throughout the archipelago. The word is the contred form of the Ilokano word pinakebbet, meaning shrunk or shriveled.[1] The original Ilokano pinakbet uses bagoong, of fermented monamon or other fish, while further south, bagoong alamang is used. The basic vegetables used in this dish include native bitter melon, eggplant, tomato, okra, string beans, chili peppers, parda, winged beans, and others. Root crops and some beans like camote, patani, kadios are also optionally added. The young pod of marunggay is also added. It is usually spiced with ginger, onions, or garlic. A Tagalog version usually includes calabaza. Most of these vegetables are easily accessible, and are grown in backyards and gardens of most Ilokano households. As its name suggests, it is usually cooked until almost dry and shriveled; the flavors of the vegetables are accentuated with shrimp paste. In some cases, lechon, chicharon, or other meats (most commonly pork) are added. It is considered a very healthy dish, and convenient in relation to the harsh and rugged, yet fruitful Ilocos region of the Philippines.

Pakoras are a very popular Indian Restaurant/Takeaway starter/snack in Scotland, particularly in the central belt area of Glasgow and Edinburgh, and are usually served with a pink sweet, tangy sauce. In essence, Pakoras are crispy deep fried nuggets of spiced chicken or onion/vegetables/haggis , in a thick Gram (Chick Pea) flour batter.

It uses 1 Kg of chicken breasts, and will yield 6-8 size starter/snack portions. It can be scaled up (or down) to make more at a time. The Indian restaurant/takeaway food in Scotland differs significantly from that in other regions of the UK.
