Blac Chyna dismissed rumors of getting a post-pregnancy nip and tuck following the birth of her child Dream Kardashian. The reality TV star shocked fans after posting a photograph on Instagram of her slim waist. It has only been a week since the mother of two gave birth to Dream, her first child with Rob Kardashian. "So I posted a picture of my belly yesterday and the only reason it got that flat, you guys, is from breastfeeding and breast pumping and from my body already being small before my pregnancy," Blac Chyna said in a Snapchat video.
