Filipino mechanic creates awesome monowheel bike

A mechanic in the Philippines has turned his science fiction fantasy into reality with a fully working monowheel bike.<br /><br />Onlooker Ronie Georfo was amazed when he saw the inventor testing his creation in General Santos City on May 14.<br /><br />Other public utility drivers, mostly customers of the creative mechanic, also watched the first test drive of the unusual vehicle.<br /><br />Ronie Georfo said that the other drivers call him "Suy-Suy" but he was not able to take his full name because of excitement.<br /><br />He said: ''It was my first time seeing those kinds of motorcycles. I have only seen it in the movies but I never imagined ever seeing one in the Philippines. Some people watching called it the social distancing motorcycle.''
