Philippine prison orchestra performs

A symphony orchestra has performed its first concert in a maximum security prison in Manila.<br /><br />But it is no ordinary band - its members are inmates, many serving life sentences for violent crimes.<br /><br />And as Al Jazeera's Marga Ortigas reports, the project aims to use batons wielded by conductors instead of guards to reform the convicts.
