The Sponge campaign graphically depicts the tar that collects inside an average smokers lungs. The ad was originally produced by the Cancer Institute NSW in Australia to reduce smoking prevalence. The campaign was adapted to Filipino through the assistance of the World Lung Foundation, Department of Health and University of the Philippines Los Banos.
