<br>Here are a few tips: Use tampons instead of pads. If you use pads, switch them often and dont swim long with them. While using tampons, switch them out more often than normal.
<br>
<br>Suits - try finding a darker suit, so if you do leak, it doesnt stain or show on your swimsuit.
<br>
<br>Thinx - have you tried these absorbant underwear? We havent, so please share if you have.

<br>Boardshorts - its always safe to wear some extra shorts while on your period.
