Woman signs heartwarming story about deaf restaurant customer

A heartwarming video has emerged of a woman explaining in sign language how she brightened the day of one of her customers at work. <br /><br />The footage, shot in Orlando, FL, USA on February 26, shows Juliet Lyan telling the viewer how she put a smile on a man's face by communicating with him in American sign language at the restaurant she works at. <br /><br />"As he came in, he didn't try to speak, he just pointed at what he wanted and it really caught my eye so I offered to help him," she wrote. <br /><br />"When I notice him signing to himself, I took a leap of faith and signed to him, the man's face lit up and he quickly became comfortable signing with me."<br /><br />"After this life changing experience, not only was this man happier but my view about life changed; realizing that it is not that hard to accept one another and knowing how to communicate with someone in their own language can really change someone," she added.
